Millet banana bread


  • 3 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 100 g sugar cane
  • 150 -170 g mullet flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 50 g raisin
  • 50 g chopped italian nuts
  • pinch of cinnamon


In a bowl, mash the bananas on the pulp with a fork. Add sugar and egg. Mix. Then add butter while stirring.

Sift the milled flour with baking soda and cinnamon to wet mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

Finally, add raisins and chopped walnuts to the dough.

Pour the dough into a bread pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 50-60 minutes.
