Almond cake with apples


  • Cake:
  • 120 g ground almonds
  • 240 g wheat flour
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 140 g sugar cane
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 jar of strawberry jam (smooth)
  • 4 apples
  • Crumble:
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 50 g sugar cane
  • 1/2- 1 tsp cinnamon



Add butter, flour, sugar and cinnamon to the bowl. Using your fingers, rub the butter with the remaining ingredients into a small crumble.


Peel apples and cut into quarters.

Whisk eggs with sugar. Stirring slowly pour the butter all the time.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl. Add the ground almonds.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until the dough is smooth.

Put the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the top of the dough with jam and arrange apples quarter.

Sprinkle with crumble.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
