Cookies with white chocolate and peanuts


  • 125 g soft butter
  • 120 g sugar cane
  • 220 g wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch sea salt
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 100 g salt peanuts


Cut the white chocolate and chopped peanuts.

Mix the butter and sugar with a smooth pastry. Add egg and mix further.

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt to another bowl.

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix them together into a smooth dough.

Finally, add chocolate and peanuts to the dough. Knead.

Use a spoon or an ice cream ball to form balls, put on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Then the dough balls flatten into the shape of cookies.

Bake in a preheated oven to 175 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
