Salad with white asparagus
- 1 roman salad
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 bunch white asparagus
- 5 eggs
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- bunch od dill
- bunch chive
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
Peel the asparagus and cut out the tip. Put on a baking tray, pour a little oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 5 minutes on the grill function.
After this time, pull out the asparagus and let it cool. Cut the asparagus into 3-4 cm pieces.
Wash and dry the Roman lettuce. Cut it lengthwise in half and then half in half again. Cut into pieces.
Radish cut into four parts. Cook the eggs hard, then peel and cut in half.
Dill and chive finely chop. Pour natural yogurt, mayonnaise and mix into the bowl. Add dill and chives. Again mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put lettuce, radishes and asparagus in a bowl. Add eggs and then pour the salad in a pre-prepared sauce.
