Chicken fillet in marinade oregano
- 0.5 kg chicken fillet
- bunch of oregano
- 2-3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 cloves of garlick
- sea salt
- ground white pepper
Bunch of oregano, garlic and sea salt rub in the mortar into the paste.
Put the herbal paste into a bowl and add natural yogurt and pepper. Mix everything.
If necessary add more natural yoghurt.
Cut the chicken fillet into chops and add to the marinade. Mix so that the whole meat is covered with marinade.
Set aside covered in a fridge for min. 2h.
After this time the chicken fry on each side until it is browned.
