Pork neck with pepper-mustard marinate
- 0.5 kg pork neck
- 1 pack colored pepper grainy
- 1 tsp graund cumin
- 2 tbsp russian mustard
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- sea salt
Put pepper, cumin and salt into the mortar. Crumble everything and then grind it finely.
Cut the onion into the feathers, chop the garlic.
Put the grated spices into a bowl, add mustard, onions, garlic. Mix.
Cut pork neck into slices and mix in marinade.
Put in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
Cook marinated meat.
