Cake with raspberries


  • 330 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • 200 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g raspberries or other fruits


Sift the wheat flour into a bowl with potato starch and baking powder.

Mix the butter with eggs for a plump mass. Then add the sugar, flour and vanilla extract gradually to the mass, stirring constantly.

Mix everything. If the dough is too thick, you can add a tablespoon of milk.

Finally, add raspberries to the mass and mix gently.

Put the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for 60 minutes.

After baking, cool the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
