Sandwich with cottage cheese and bacon
- village bread
- 100 g cottage cheese
- bunch of radishes
- 1 tomato
- iceberg lettuce
- 100-150 g slices of smoked bacon
- Mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp mustard
- sea salt
- black pepper
- crushed jalapeno
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce.
Stir bacon slices in a pan until browned or bake in the oven on the grill function.
For one sandwich, prepare 3 slices of bread.
Spread the first sandwich with butter, then apply a layer of cottage cheese, then sliced radishes, and tomato. Then cover the tomatoes with bread spread on one side with butter, and on the other with mustard sauce. The mustard sauce side should be placed on the tomatoes.
As another layer of sandwich, put on a torn iceberg lettuce, then put the previously prepared bacon.
Put a slice of bread on the bacon with a mustard sauce.
